Data and advertising notes
Unfinished drafts on this device
No account is required. On the standard question screens, answers, nickname, topic, question position and received quick-invite data are temporarily stored in this browser so you can continue. The draft is removed when a result is completed or you return home. Blocking storage or deleting site data may prevent resuming. Drafts do not automatically sync to another device.
Quick share links are copies containing answers
In quick sharing, the part after # in an invitation contains the first person’s answers, topic, question version and optional nickname. A comparison link contains both people’s answers and nicknames. This is URL encoding, not encryption or access control. Anyone with the link can read the content.
A quick share link does not point to a private room stored on the server. It is different from the optional private invite described below. Retaking the game does not update an old link. There is no recall, password or central deletion function. Links may remain in browser history or a recipient’s messages. Avoid contact details or sensitive stories in nicknames and share only with intended people.
The tool-share control below shares the service address without personal answers. Downloaded result images can contain names and summaries; you manage those files. Clearing site data does not delete links or images already sent.
Optional usage counts
Anonymous counting is off by default and sends data only when you allow it. Game starts, completions, sharing, invitation starts and comparisons are counted by date and topic. Common usage counts group by date, site, language and event type. Individual answers, nicknames and invitation links are not sent as event content. You can change your choice in the page’s usage-count settings.
Hosting, ads and external services
The hosting provider may process basic connection information to serve the site. Google display-ad loading scripts are currently not enabled here. Affiliate products on Korean pages are labeled with advertising and commission disclosures. Purchasing is not required to play.
External sellers apply their own privacy, payment, delivery and return terms. Check current prices and stock with them. Other DURUPOP tools also have their own data notes.
Ask for help without exposing answers
Report a problem with the topic, browser and step where the problem happened. Do not publicly post the full answer payload after # when asking about a truncated link. The guide lists basic link and download checks.

Optional private invites
Only when you create a private invite are its topic, question version, answers, optional names, hashed participant/recovery keys and expiry stored on the server. An HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict cookie is used for participant access. The public URL does not include answers. Access ends seven days after creation. Creating a new private invite removes up to 100 expired records at a time. When the host revokes an invite, both answers saved in that room are deleted immediately. A privately kept recovery code can restore host access after losing the session cookie, before expiry. The server keeps only its hash; the original recovery code is not saved automatically, so keep it safely yourself. Revoking a private invite does not erase images or quick links already shared. Existing quick share links still contain the answer data and do not gain revocation.
Pack-completion marks contain only topic IDs and versions on your device. Private answers, nicknames, invite IDs and recovery codes are not sent to analytics or advertising.
